Welcome to our spacious and luxurious Tythe Barn, an idyllic retreat that comfortably accommodates 6-8 holiday guests. This charming property boasts three inviting bedrooms and open plan living area, ensuring ample space and comfort for everyone.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a private bedroom with two single beds and a convenient sofa bed. The master bedroom is found upstairs and features a lavish Super kingsize bed and an ensuite shower room. The third bedroom offers a cozy kingsize bed, complemented by its own ensuite shower room.

For added convenience, a family bathroom with a relaxing bath is located on the ground floor. The interior of Tythe Barn exudes a warm ambiance with attractive wooden floors throughout and underfloor heating. Gather around the authentic wood burner in the spacious living area, where you’ll also find a large television to unwind and enjoy your favorite shows. An additional TV is available in the downstairs bedroom, ensuring entertainment for all.

Our kitchen area is not only highly aesthetically pleasing but also equipped with all the amenities you’d expect from a luxury holiday cottage, including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, cooker, and hob. The inviting dining area allows all your friends or family to come together and enjoy memorable meals in a beautiful setting. As you can see from our photographs, Tythe Barn is the perfect choice for a relaxing and enjoyable stay with your loved ones.

Parking and outdoor space Tythe Barn

Tythe Barn offers convenient parking space for up to four vehicles right outside. Step into the expansive garden area, beautifully adorned with practical artificial grass that remains lush and green all year round. To enhance your stay, we’ve provided additional garden furniture, allowing you to relax and soak in the serene atmosphere. Indulge in the ultimate luxury of your own private hot tub, accommodating up to six persons, and find the hot tub instructions in the welcome pack for your convenience. Please be mindful of the noise restrictions to maintain the tranquility of our family resort – no hot tub use after 8 pm and no outdoor noise after 10 pm.

During your stay, you’re welcome to explore the charm of our farm, take a leisurely stroll around the stables, and meet our delightful alpaca, friendly goats and chickens. If you’re an early riser, feel free to collect fresh eggs from the chickens for a delightful breakfast treat. For those that bring their 4 legged friends, there are plenty of scenic walks to enjoy within the estate or along the river. As an added delight, we have fishing rights for our stretch of the river on the farm, so if you’re an angler, don’t forget to bring your fishing license and check the fishing season for a memorable fishing experience.
