Stable Cottage – Stylish and modern with great outdoor space
This fantastic five star property boasts a harmonious blend of contemporary with country cottage. This recently renovated property has all mod cons and it set in a wonderfully private 230 acres of farmland, with woodland and river walks to explore and enjoy.
The space itself has a stylish King size bed in an upstairs bedroom, two singles in the second bedroom also upstairs, and then a large double sofa bed located in the summer house located in the secure private garden. The summer house is well insulated and has an electric radiator.
The kitchen area is equipped with all the amenities you’d expect from a luxury holiday cottage for cooking and washing, including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, cooker and hob.

Parking at Stable Cottage
Stable Cottage has parking for 2 vehicles outside.
As you explore the serene landscape, you’ll find the perfect spot for some fishing – just remember to bring your fishing licence, and it’s yours to enjoy, free of charge. Our delightful farm residents, including chickens, sheep, goats, and the charming alpaca, add a touch of countryside magic to your stay. Keep an eye out for our friendly on-site farm dogs, spreading their cheer as you wander around. To add an extra dose of adventure, we provide bikes available for hire, allowing you to explore the beauty of the surroundings at your leisure throughout your stay.

Shared Space at Avon Farm Estate
The Avon Farm properties share the 230 acre grounds, certainly enough space for everyone! There is Fishing on-site (free of charge, but need to ask for a licence). There are chickens, sheep, goats and alpaca to see, along with our on-site farm dogs. We also have bikes that may be hired for the day, or duration of your stay.
