Reservations can be made directly through our website by selecting your preferred dates and cottage type. You can also contact our reservations team via phone or email for assistance.

We accept payment through major credit cards and debit cards. Online payments are securely processed through our website.  We also accept bank transfer, just select this option on booking.

The prices listed on our website are per cottage, regardless of the number of guests staying. Each cottage has a maximum occupancy limit, and the price remains the same within that limit.

We provide self-catering accommodation. However, we do provide tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits, salt, and pepper, .

We welcome well-behaved pets in certain designated cottages but not the shepherd huts. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet, as additional fees and guidelines may apply.  We also have a dog charter that we expect our furry friends to follow.

Our cottages come fully equipped with comfortable bedding, a well-equipped kitchen, private bathrooms, and essential amenities such as heating, and electricity. Please refer to the individual cottage pages for a detailed list of amenities.

Yes, we provide fresh bed linens, towels, and basic toiletries for all guests in the cottages.

The minimum stay requirement may vary depending on the season and availability. Generally, we have a minimum stay of two nights on weekends and during peak seasons. However, we offer flexibility during off-peak periods in the smaller properties.

Our farm cottages are family-friendly and suitable for children. We have ample space for kids to play and explore the farm surroundings. However the shepherds huts are for adults only.

Check-in time is typically between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. If you need to arrive outside of these hours, please let us know in advance. Check-out time is usually by 10:00 AM.

Yes, we provide complimentary Wi-Fi access in all our cottages but not the shepherds huts.  The area does benefit from good 4G telephone signal.

We do not allow campfires and discourage BBQs except in the Shepherd’s huts which each have their own BBQ stand.  You just need to bring a disposable BBQ tray.  Each Shehut also has a fire pit and we provide firewood for your first night.

Yes, our farm is located amidst beautiful natural landscapes with several hiking and nature trails nearby. We’ll be happy to recommend the best routes for you to explore.

The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are located approximately X miles away from our farm. We provide a detailed map and directions for your convenience.

We recommend bringing personal items such as clothing, toiletries, and any specific food or drinks you may prefer during your stay. Basic kitchen essentials are provided in the cottages such as salt, pepper, tea, coffee and sugar.

No, we are sorry but as old cottages none are wheelchair-accessible or suitable for those with limited mobility. The Dove cote has just one step and is on one level, but the door to bedroom and bathroom are not suitable for a wheelchair.

The price listed during the reservation process includes most charges. However, there may be additional fees for certain services or activities such as for Pets, Bike Hire and additional logs for the log burner.

No, as a family resort we only allow family groups.  Sorry but no Hen or Stag parties in the Tythe barn.  We do allow hen groups of 4 in Stable Cottage or Meadow view, but not our noise policies.

Yes, however we only allow additional day guests by request and over night guests by request if it does not exceed the property maximum capacity.

No I am sorry we don’t allow any parties or events. We can however advise on local pubs and restaurants etc that allow group gatherings.

No we don’t, but can provide details of local Balloon or decoration services that are familiar with the cottages and provide reasonable rates for a super finish.

We are accessible by taxi from Bristol Airport (approximately £60) and Bath Train station (approximately £20).  If you need a taxi from the farm we provide telephone numbers of local taxis, but pre-booking is a must.

Yes, we have ample on-site parking available for our guests at no additional charge.

Certainly! Our huts are numbered 1-4, Hut #1 nearest to the car park and Hut #4 furthest away.

Yes, you are welcome to visit and interact with our friendly farm animals. You can also collect eggs from the chickens.

To ensure the comfort of all our guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside all the cottages and huts. We ask that if you have to smoke, then please do so away from the buildings and dispose of cigarette litter.
